Tall in the Saddle has played in the Mid Atlantic Region since the mid seventies. While constantly updating its songlist, it concentrates primarily on Southern California Rock, including Eagles, Bonnie Raitt, Jackson Browne, and Crosby, Stills, & Nash. Other favorites include Bruce Springsteen, Dave Mason, Fleetwood Mac, and Little Feat. All members are long time musicians who, in addition to playing in Tall in the Saddle, have played in Blues, Rock and Country bands, forming the nucleus for the type of music that the band enjoys.
